a friday with no cakes. wait - what am i talking about? i'm doing the groom's cake for my boss' daughter's wedding. um - that definately counts as a cake for today! but i'm just baking today and decorating tomorrow.....the wedding is not until 6:00. and is going to be awesome! thanks in advance, mama, for coming down and keeping mary peyton for us.
oh - and for those of you that i DO make cakes for, don't feel like i don't want to do cakes on friday. i know you'll understand this - sometimes it's just nice to have a "break". you know?
so right now one cake is in the oven while i sit in the bed with mary peyton and delta watching the smurfs. thank goodness the boomerang cartoon channel is on now. we've watched the snorks and the smurfs this morning. mary peyton loves saying, "you watch this when you little?" yes, mary peyton, i did. and i turned out just fine (even though it is kinda wierd that out of all the little blue things that live in mushrooms, there's only ONE girl? hmmmmmm.....).
i'm going to close this post so that i can post some more pictures - i know a few of you have been waiting on them!
