God chose to bring home a sweet friend of mine today. Mrs. Patsy Castle was a patient of mine, but also a friend from church. she was diagnosed not all that long ago with renal cell carcinoma.
i know that God blessed me through knowing her. she had a wit about her and could make me crack up laughing. the last time i saw her, she was telling me about an alaskan cruise that mr glen was planning for later this summer if she was able to go.
i still have a card that i got for her at the new hallmark at renaissance - it's in my car ready to get to her. i think i'll just put it in my Bible to remind me of my special friend.
please pray for her family - husband, glen, and her children - brad, lindy, and caroline. i know they would appreciate it.
i will miss you, mrs. patsy. much love always.

Yeah, I still can't believe it. I kept thinking...surely God will heal her. Of course, she's perfect now. :-)
hey Suz - We knew Mrs. Castle too! She was a sweet lady. I know that her family will miss her something awful! It makes me happy knowing that she is where she always wanted to be!!!!!
Mary Bratton used to have that dragofly dress. she wore it to the hospital when Beau was born. Actually probably 2 years ago today!!!
