i don't know if this week could have been any better! here's how it went.....
sunday~church, lunch with cory & jenny, go to the NEW KROGER!!!, home, too long nap (missed children's choir - eeeeeekkkkkk), cory & jenny's for the super bowl, GIANTS WIN!
monday~o.k. so this day was uneventful.......i did go to work.....
tuesday~work, then sub bunko for emily (which is always fun!!!)
wednesday~work, over to brad & chasity's to see sanders, THEN......barnes & noble with mary peyton for coffee and some deals on books (b & n has a big sale going on trying to get rid of a lot of stuff so that they don't have to move it in a month! i racked up!!! watch for a post about one of my deals later), my all time favorite - SHAPLEY'S, then down to thalia mara to watch annie with ashley & kurt.....i need to blog about that. AWESOME DAY!!!
thursday~work - BUT....for lunch, dr carter took us to my favorite lunch place - the country club! i LOVE their salad bar!!!!! and we had turtle soup. no lie. and it "tastes like chicken".
friday~home all day in pj's with mary peyton - what could be better than that? going to coldstone with cory and jenny after supper!!!!!! we were there for over an hour. they are such good friends - and since cory reads sometimes, no i'm not just brown-nosing!
saturday~went across the reservoir to get my friend kerri. she and i went to the alluvian for manicures. we had lunch at the blue parrot and shopped some. another post about what i bought. oh man. but it's my valentine's present - tommy said! anyway, you'll have to check back to see what i'm talking about. we came home (oh - mary peyton went with us and stayed with mary key so that we could go downtown. our first trip to since being potty trained and NO ACCIDENTS!!!! YEA MPB!!!), loaded up the car, blindfolded kerri, and took her to her surprise party. she had no idea!
and now it's sunday. and we are about to go to church. what more perfect way to start the week than in God's house. if only the rest of the world was as peaceful......
