Oh, July! You were way too quick!

July. Well, I barely remember it, but undoubtedly it came (and went) based on the pictures I've seen!  Good grief, y'all!  The year is flying by and we are almost done with August!  Maybe I'll be more prompt in writing about it than it's predecessor July!

Mary Peyton and I found out about a peach farm in Brandon and might have made several trips!

MP also finished her 2nd reading book at the very beginning of July, praise the LORD!  It's always good to have that behind us!

The Ridgeland 4th of July fireworks show was beautiful, as always!

A night at Livingston is always fun...

...especially when you get to hear a good band (US) and watch your child sing and love songs you grew up listening to (this one was Bon Jovi's Living on a Prayer)!

Our church (Colonial Heights) put up a new flagpole and we had a dedication.

Then we met up with the family for lunch.

On the 4th, we went with our friends, the Norwoods, to Geyser Falls and had such a fun day...but only a few pics!

We left Geyser Falls and headed to the Powers house for some fun with friends!

Some of our favorite Rebels were in town for a camp at JA and we ran into them at dinner at The Gathering (Jaylen Walton, MP, and Channing Ward).

We had another movie day - this time to see The Secret Life of Pets.

A sweet friend turned 40!  We love our Story!

Tyler and the Blue Angels had a softball tournament, so MP and I headed to watch!  (Drew, MP, Tyler)

And basically swam to the car after a storm came out of nowhere!  But we got to hang out with Nana in it all!

Our new Fleetway opened, so of course MP and I had to get coffee one morning! Or a frappe. Don't judge.

MP and I went HOME one weekend for a quick visit.

On the agenda was 4-wheeler riding, playing with a sweet kitten, and getting Big Daddy to practice shooting with MP!

My tribe had a girls weekend that started with puppy loving from these 11 great dane babies!!!

Part of the group!  LOVE these women!!!

Dinner with these cuties, their Daddy, and Mr Glen at Georgia Blue.

The Rebel Road trip came through Jackson and we went!

Coach Freeze and MP

Us with the hardware!

I got a good fortune at lunch!

When Tommy got off work one Friday, our whole family was officially on vacation. So we celebrated by going to Half Shell!  And clearly MP is missing Express baseball!

MP and I had our favorite - oysters orleans!

On the way to the beach, we ran into a childhood friend and classmate with her family also headed to the beach!

MP decided the quickest way to the beach was to sleep!  Really, though, we just went ahead and drove half way down  so we would be close for check in the next morning.

The kids all swapped birthday presents at the hotel.

What trip to the beach is complete without a tunnel pic?

Lunch at Pizza by the Sea in WaterColor.

Just happy to finally be on vacation!

Family night at The Hub

What kind of night is it without ice cream?

A beautiful day on 30A!

Fins up from Rosemary Beach!

Our little fam in one of our favorite places!

MP had to introduce the cousins to The Sugar Shak!  I would hate to know how much we have spent here over the years...

Acme Ice House did not disappoint! MP and I shared these oysters.

And MP was brave enough to try a raw one!

Our beautiful home for the week (and the kids on the front!)

Taking everyone to another of our favorites. They weren't disappointed.

Another beautiful day!

Bikes were so fun to have.

The adult kids went out and Tommy & I left our mark at the Hurricane Oyster Bar in Grayton.

The big kids on our night out!

Of course I had to take beach pictures of my baby!

She's growing up so fast - too fast - and has my whole heart!

After losing the boys one morning on the bikes, their moms decided that they would ride the bikes back to the house for them. (Oops!)

This is how we rolled down to Inlet Beach one day!

Ahhhhh.....

One of the very few from the week of me and my best girl!

Dinner the last night at Old Florida Fish House.

MP got a henna tattoo. It was pretty cool and lasted longer than we thought!

So long, farewell!  It was a fun week!

Running into MP's God-father at lunch after church!

Y'all, because August is almost over, I can go ahead and tell you that it's already full of memories and fun times that I'm so thankful for!  Hang tight - I'll get it in in a timely manner!

Much love,
Suz
