May 2016 was a lot of fun!

Ok, so in trying my hardest to keep this blog updated on our year, I'm going ahead and posting about May...and actually in a timely manner!  I know you're just as shocked as I am that this is happening...

SO, we watched some JA baseball (MP and Caroline at the game)

Went to Livingston (ok...more than once...)

And had some incredible macarons

***Mary Key turned 20 on the 6th, but I won't post an old picture here!  I'm still trying to figure out where TWENTY years went!!!***

Mississippi Sports Medicine offered free physicals for students, so we joined (literally) thousands of others and took advantage of it to get it out of the way!  Who knew that my precious friend Chyna would be helping with it!?!

The best friend had a baseball tournament...

And we had lunch with Big Daddy and Vicki in between games!

Of course I try to represent and advertise for friends whenever possible!

Tommy and MP know me well and showed that with Mother's Day gifts...

Being a mom to this sweet girl is one of my absolute biggest blessings!

While watering flowers, we decided it was a perfect time for an impromptu play-in-the-water-hose moment...yes, even in her uniform...

My crew got together for another dinner...

And I got flowers planted and my front porch fixed up! PLUS came home to new shutters on the house from Paw-Paw

Another fun baseball weekend...

So enjoy watching Cade and the Express play!

Love these two!

MP tried oysters for the first time at Half Shell and liked them!

MP was awarded the Spirit Award!

Mama called letting me know Billy had a heart attack...that night/early morning was spent at St D...

My favorite girl turned 11!!!!!

She knows she has my heart!

Obviously the colors were white, light pink, and gold!  It breaks my heart a little each year to add that new candle!

Gran-Gran and Paw-Paw went with us, too!

Running Club awards were given (each of these 5th graders ran over 100 miles this year)

Graduation rolled around...and so did some tears...  We are going to miss these seniors (in pictures below) and SO many others!!!

We celebrated Caleb and Cole's birthdays with friends.

Tommy and I headed to the coast to cash in on one of my Mother's Day presents - tickets to the Alabama concert!

They were so good!

The Class of 2023 went from 5th grade to 6th grade in the blink of an eye.

Running into friends and getting to have lunch with them is the best!

Of course we had to have our comparison pictures from the first and last days of school!

MP had an interesting choice of tshirt a time or two...

A yard full of kids in the summer makes my heart happy!!!

Another graduation rolled around...

And of course we had to go for Beth and several others!

We had another fun baseball weekend...

...that ended in an Express championship (and a few very exciting games!)

The car was Arkansas bound to spend Memorial Day on the lake with family!

The month was finished hanging out with this guy and having dinner at Half Shell!

May was a BLAST, but went by so fast!  I know summer will be even faster. We fully intend to pack as much as possible into every day we are given!

Until next time, friends!
