Another fun, full day!!!

Kim and I let the girls have a slumber party on the floor in the den Thursday night. Let's just say the girls had other plans. As in they didn't go to sleep until 5:30 - yes, you read that right - Friday morning. Oh. My. Word. Here they are before we knew what we were in for...

Somehow they were ok the next morning. I won't comment on the rest of the day.... Here is MP using the telescope to "record" something.

I fixed the girls hair the way they wanted. G wanted braids. Here she is sporting her look!

MP wanted loose pigtails. Here are hers!

And this would be the 2nd sweetest cat in the world (right behind Tiger), Allie! She is SO precious!!!!!

We headed into town and our first stop was in Georgetown at Georgetown Cupcake. YUM YUM YUM! These sisters have a show on TLC. It was just neat to be there!

After Georgetown, we had to rush to Virginia to the American Girl store. Kim and I had made lunch reservations as a surprise to the girls! And we didn't tell them until after we got inside!

As soon as we went in, Mary Peyton and I headed to the bitty babies. The only thing she wanted on the trip was the Asian bitty baby (which she had already named Mia) and her starter kit. We ended up buying a few more things, but she used her own money to pay for Mia.

While we were buying Mia, Kim was telling G about the surprise! We paid for Mia and MP panicked a little looking for G. That's when I told her about lunch! She was so excited!!! Here she is with Mia (obviously).

Ok so get this.....we are sitting in the American GIRL Cafe having lunch when this group of guys comes in and sits at the table next to us. Kim says she will not be worried until a doll comes out. Um.....yep.....it happened. We laughed the whole time. They had milkshakes, lunch, and then the staff brought out a cupcake with a candle, a crown for the bald guy, and they sang happy birthday. Seriously. We laughed so much! OH-and he was given a hello kitty lunch box by one of the guys! He put the bag it was in over his head as they left..... That's some kind of prank!

Me, MP, and Mia!

Kim and G!

Here's one with the doll in it!

We headed back home and got ready to head to Baltimore for the Orioles/Angels game. Mary Peyton had never been to a major league game, so of course we had to have a hot dog!

And here is the beautiful Camden Yard! It was awesome! And the Orioles won, which Kim and Rick said is rare this season-I don't know because I don't keep up with baseball that much!

And me and MP at the game!

What a fun day!!! Saturday was great, too, but I didn't take any with my iPad, so once I sync my iPad to my computer, I'll do a Saturday post!
