even after i was doing so well there for a while.
uuuggghhh....
so i'll tell you a little about our weekend - in case you care!
friday: busy day! tommy took mary peyton to school and i picked her up. but before picking her up, i went to canton to an estate sale and then to one over close to ja. we met mimi (key), granny (aunt doris), and mary key at primo's for lunch. mpb and i then ran a few errands before going out to mississippi college to watch basketball. pillow played ja, so it was a bittersweet game. after the game, we came home and waited on tommy to get here before going back out to clinton to watch madison ridgeland academy play bowling green. david went with us and we had amerigo afterwards. i was EXHAUSTED when we got home...
saturday: supposedly an "easy" day. um, yeah right... i got up and was at the estate sale by ja at 8:30. the sale doesn't start until 9:00, but there was something i wanted really bad and i wanted to wait until the 2nd day because they were marking everything down 1/2 price! i was 4th in line and got my new prize (i'll post a picture later for those of you who didn't see it on facebook). got back home with "prize" in tow and cleaned a little, baked a cake, and got ready. headed to mississippi college for 2 basketball games, came home, finished decorating cake, took it over to the goolsby's, and got home around 10:15ish.
today: up and to church, blue moon (or "moon pie" or "dark moon" as mary peyton calls it) for lunch, home and organized ALL of my pictures on my mac (big deal - these are from november 2008!), went back to church, newks for supper, and then home. today was an incredible day at colonial heights......it's so awesome to see God at work!
oh - and did i mention that i have a wonderful sinus infection? oh yes. add that to the mix. but i'm on antibiotic so hopefully it'll be better soon. i'm already feeling a lot better.
this is going to be another busy week, but exciting! bachelor finale, another room in my "dream" house to blog about, and on thursday - dana and i leave for the mccarty sale!
