our boys.......

ok - i put this post up about a year or so ago, but thought i'd do it again. not this exact post, but one that is about the same thing.

these are our boys - ryan and tyler goolsby.

i never realized that we would miss them like we do! ryan graduated last year from mra and is at mississippi state this year. tyler graduated from mra a few years ago and is in his 3rd year of college at ole miss.

mary peyton really misses them. this time last year, she was saying that she was going to marry "scooby" (which was her nickname for ryan for some reason...). this year, she hasn't seen him much at all, so she has taken up with tyler.

either way - these are 2 great guys. their parents are sweet friends of ours from church that we love dearly.

but i think that tonight clarified how much we really do miss them. JA played MRA at MRA. of course we went - we try to go to every basketball game that we can! it just didn't seem right to be there and not see one of those 2 boys (if not both) on the court! i seriously got a little sad...and it didn't help that JA got beat by about 30 points.....
