last night, 8 of us went to easely amused in ridgeland for a little girl's night. if you haven't been to this place yet, GO! get a friend or 2 and just go! we had so much fun!
when you go, everyone does the same painting. this was the first class for "sweet georgia brown". but she said that this will definatly be a 3 hour class - unlike the other classes that are 2 hours. she also said that this is their hardest painting yet. yeah - we found that out AFTER we got there!
this is my finished painting - well, before i signed it. i may be able to sell it in a few years at a garage sale, right april?

seriously - you do not have to have any painting experience, etc, to do this! just go and try it! i think i may try to go back soon.....maybe this week!

Trey is doing the taxes tonight, and we are trying to figure out how much we donated to Goodwill. How much does an "original" painting go for on your taxes???
Aww, I am still so sad that I missed it. I just couldn't walk out the door when Jonah wasn't feeling good with his only source of comfort (that baby still hates the bottle). I hope that I can go with y'all next time. It looks like you had a great time and the paintings are beautiful!
Now I'm hooked on Easely Amused... all because of you...you should ask for commission off all of your referrals and free advertisement!ha!
