thank goodness!
thank you for your texts, calls, e-mails, and comments.
we got to the surgical center at 6:00 this morning. the doors weren't even open yet. dr o'mara ended up having 2 emergency surgeries before tommy. they called tommy back around 8:30 or so. they took him back for surgery around 9:00 and at 9:30 they were through.
we left the surgical center around 11:00 or a few minutes before. tommy was "starving", so we ran through back yard burgers and then went to drop off his prescription.
so now we're home. we've eaten and tommy is laying around. mary peyton has asked him 1,000 questions about his knee. she just doesn't understand! it is cute, though - i got it on video.
now i'm going to work on cakes! i am doing a PRECIOUS one for someone today and then doing reid's cake for kristina for tomorrow. then a baby shower cake for sunday. o.k. now i'm tired....

I'm glad he is home and "Laying" around. Was Tommy's ACL good?
He a trooper..........He will be up and going by Monday. Gald it went great.

glad to here everything went well. maybe this is why for some reason you came into mind.
been thinking about y'all today! i was at p.t. and was thinking about tommy and his knee - thought i had your number in my phone, but didnt (i was going to text you) - tell him i said to hang in there! and take the pain pills = they are good stuff!

ps- add a stool softener with the pain pills - i know, sorry - too much info... but i have done this twice and i know the dril - just trust me! =)
