Guess who's back!?!?!?!?!

YEP! IT'S ME!!!

if you read before, you'll see that our friend, geno, came out and tried to get the laptop "up and going" online, etc. well, what you don't know is that a few days later, my sweet husband decides that he needs to hook the old clunker computer back up. which meant that the wiring that made the laptop "work" went awol to help make the clunker work.

long story short, i finally got the laptop back working with the internet (the wireless thing isn't quite done yet...) and i don't think tommy will be messing with it anymore!

so our news for the week..............and it's been a busy one!

last thursday, my sweet friend, chasity, had a little girl, sanders. i guess i should mention her husband, brad, too, since he had a vital part in the process. sanders is one of the prettiest babies i've ever seen. i'll post some pictures soon (still gotta download picasa...).

friday we thought mary peyton may have chicken pox. oh dear. she just had a few "spots" on her stomach and i wanted to be sure. so we went in. dr chevalier said that he couldn't be 100% because with kids being vaccinated against chicken pox, they get such mild cases that it's never bad. he said that it was either some kind of mite/flea (great....) or a mild case of chicken pox. he said that if she didn't have 10-15 new spots by 6:00 friday night that he didn't think it was the pox. so now i guess my child was bitten by some sort of critter. nice. we met up with a good friend of mine at bon ami. mary peyton loves mrs. mona and they spoil her rotten!

saturday was BUSY. i had a cake to do and then we had choir practice (BY THE WAY - - - "SING THE WONDERS" WILL BE THIS FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY AT COLONIAL HEIGHTS BAPTIST CHURCH AT 7:00. CHILDCARE IS AVAILABLE AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE A TICKET. PLEASE PLEASE COME!!!!!!!). it was over around lunch. mary key and the fam. was down for a soccer tournament, so we had lunch with "the team" and then went to mary key's soccer game. after that we headed to jackson academy to watch some basketball!

sunday was church then deacon's meeting then church. did i mention church? it was a super busy sunday.

monday was shopping with sunday school girls for the children that our class has adopted. it is always such a blessing to buy for these kids. we really do take so much for granted.

and tonight was the Christmas open house at JA for the pre-school. mary peyton wasn't so fond of santa, but she loved the music room! she got up in front of everyone that was in there and told the teacher that she wanted to sing "jingle bells". she then took the microphone off of he stand and sang the song while the teacher played it on the piano. i was SO proud!

SIDE NOTE:::::::
1) CONGRATS to our friends, cory & jenny winders. jenny is 13 weeks pregnant!!!! now i've got to find something else to pick on cory about.....
2) CONGRATS to my cousin, kimberly, and her husband, dee. they are pregnant with their 2nd child (due in july)!!!!!

i know there's other stuff i need to say, but i can't remember everything!!!!! hopefully now i'll be able to post more often - and eventually add pictures! as long as tommy leaves these electronics alone!!!
