So here are a few pictures of what's been going on in our life for the past few months.....
Christmas was great! We did our usual traditions - time with my in-laws before Christmas, going to the Delta Christmas Eve for church, dinner and presents with Mimi and Big T/family after church, back to Daddy's Christmas Eve to spend the night and wait on Santa, lunch Christmas day at Grandmama's, supper Christmas night at Mama's, shopping the day after Christmas, and a partridge in a pear tree! Whew! I'm tired just thinking back on it all!!!
Mary Peyton had a wonderful Christmas! She only gets 3 gifts from Santa and this year she asked for a Lalaloopsy doll, a lunchbox, and a guitar. Santa did NOT disappoint!
Well, my Daddy got her an American Girl doll and then shocked us all with this:
Y'all, my baby girl was SO excited!
She also got American Girl dolls from my mama and mother in law, but I don't have those pictures on my iPad, so you will just have to trust me that she LOVES her dolls!!!!!
As our Christmas present to each other and for the 3 of us, Tommy and I decided that instead of gifts, we would rather just go back to the beach! So a few days after Christmas, we headed out. Some friends that we met last summer who live in Tallahassee came back to spend time with us there, too! It was the best Christmas present we could have!
