Daddy/daughter time

Last week, I helped my sweet friends, Shana and Jeff, at their booth at Mistletoe. When I was telling Mary Peyton how much I would be gone, she got all teary eyed. I then told her that I thought her daddy had a date planned. She perked up quick!

As the big day approached, we decided that she needed a new "fancy" dress for the occasion. The three of us went shopping and she modeled dresses for her daddy, finally deciding on the one that was his favorite.


Tommy brought her to my office and I helped her get ready. She wanted to wear lip gloss and pull her hair back in a low ponytail, so that's what we did!


He took her to dinner at Shapley's. She had crawfish tails (shared with her daddy), all of her salad, most of her pasta, and all of her 8 oz filet! After dinner they went to Millie D's for yogurt. What a great night!


I hope this little girl knows how much her daddy and I love her!!!
