ok - please don't hold it against me if you haven't gotten your own, personal birthday post. when i'm at home i either a) don't have time or b) don't have internet worth a darn!

today is my dear friend, stephanie's - aka junebug or "junie" - big day!
SO...
just for her, i'm doing a big ole post of pictures of her...

here is junie with mp in 2008 at the fall festival at our church.....despite all of the bama commens we got with my baby dressed as an elephant, please rest assured that our family bleeds red and blue. and my child, quite possibly more so than her daddy or myself!
now my sweet junebug LOVES pinbacks. as in an obsession kind of way. i worried about her for a while, but now i just embrace her strange collections. the ones below are mine, but i thought it was appropriate to put something about pinbacks in her birthday post!
at the cotton bowl in 2010 - of course good ole shep was there! and he was nice enough to take a picture with a bunch of crazy women! of course he must have thought mp was the cutest of us - or maybe she just made a comment. notice junebug wasn't shy at all - she hugged all up to him!

oh - and now she makes rabbit ears while taking pictures - and she's ALWAYS taking pictures! notice the poor daughter smiling even though she is SO ashamed! hey - at least she's acting like an adult - unlike her age-will-NOT-be-mentioned mama! =)
in all seriousness, HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JUNEBUG! you always make us smile and my life is better because you are in it!!!
