i just realized that i have surpassed the 400 mark on my posts! this is actually post #403!

speaking of that - the "bless your heart" thing - listen to what happened last weekend in oxford....

o.k. so most all of you have read my post below about my tenderhearted girl. well, during the 3rd or 4th quarter, there was a tackle. no, a pile-up. you know - big ole football players all piled up on each other - and the poor guy at the bottom with the ball just trying to breathe!

mary peyton always worries when she sees someone on the ground. she'll ask, "mommy, what's wrong with that boy? he's hurt?"

well, during the pile-up, i feel a tap on my shoulder.

me: "yes, baby?"
mpb: "mommy, say it"
me: "say what, mary peyton?"
mpb: "say bwess his heart" (i intentionally put the "w" because that is how she says it)

i hope she really does have a tender heart for those around her and that those sweet feelings of concern continue!!!
