o.k., mamas. you know that you've done it, too. you go on a vacation to the beach and decide that you have to get the "perfect" beach picture!

well, this year tommy and i had to take our own because everybody was busy. there was another group of women from jackson and one of them came up and said, "hey! i'm a JA mom, too. let me take a picture of the 3 of you - i'd want someone to do it for me, too." one of julia's friends was with her, so i know that she had to have been the one to tell her that we are a JA family. so we did get one of the 3 of us - that wasn't taken with an outstretched arm!
