o.k. my fellow one tree hillers......
are you as frustrated as i am??? so far, this season has me HOOKED - well, me and tommy! i'm ready for next monday's episode!
for those of you who don't watch this show - if you want to watch it, go rent all of the previous seasons and get caught up. it really is good!
oh - and so that y'all know how crazy we REALLY are - tommy and i watched dawson's creek faithfully - until the show's finale in may 2003. THEN, we decided that we would drive over to see where it was filmed (wilmington, north carolina).
while we were there, we were on a little trolley tour around town - just a few streets. we told the man driving that we had come to see some of the places that dawson's creek was filmed in. he told us that there was going to be a new show coming out and that filming was going on for it - one tree hill - a spin off of dawson's creek.
SO.....we watched filming from our car! and i took pictures - i know i've got one of chad michael murray outside his trailer on his cell phone. we really didn't know who the other actors/actresses were at the time.
oh - and we're not total dorks. on this trip we went to vanderbilt, university of tennessee, asheville (stayed at the grove park inn for our anniversary and then toured the biltmore the next day), duke, university of north carolina, wilmington/wrightsville beach, university of north carolina - wilmington, university of south carolina, university of georgia, georgia tech, a braves game, university of alabama, and then home!
it was so cool to be able to walk in stadiums and into arenas that we had always seen on t.v.! i hope we get to do this one again some day....

Next time you will have to make a stop in Gainesville so MPB can see the Swamp! Go Gators! UF really is beautiful.
I think I was at that game in 2003- at least Mike was. Mike really wants to go to the game this year (I don't know if we would even be able to get tickets). We are not so sure about it because of Jonah. You never know about the outcome, for some reason the Gators don't step it up for Mississippi schools.
so im very sad. i was gone monday night - totally had my tape geared up and ready - on the right channel and everything --- then FORGOT to tell chad to tape it! so i only saw the last 30 minutes.
grrrrr...
