and i mean it!
i've got all of the pictures downloading. and the JA pictures are part of them. so if you are checking my blog and it's around 8:30, check back later! there will be pictures of my angel!
oh - and to all of you who commented, thanks for the anniversary wishes! we had a rather relaxing one getting mpb ready for her first day of school.
and i thought of a few more things - you know, my "memories" list -
~about 3 weeks before my wedding, my florist found out he was going to be out of town (we were using a friend who used to have a floral shop, but was working somewhere else at the time - he had sold the shop). i had to find somebody quick!
~about a month before the wedding, the pastor who was going to marry us (brother larry kulcke) had to have heart surgery. so - i called roseann panicking. lawrence's dad (brother johnny) "did" the wedding for us!
~the thursday before the wedding, i asked my mom to call the lady who was coming from greenwood to do my hair - you know....to see if she wanted my hair dirty (easier to style, etc) or clean. well, the lady goes on to say, "OH - it's THIS weekend? i can't do it!". so i had to find some random person here in jackson to do my hair! she did a great job, though!
~the day of the bridesmaid's luncheon/rehearsal supper, i went to get a manicure and pedicure - and lay in the tanning bed a little bit. i did my fingernails clear, but got adventurous with my toes. the lady asked where we were going on the honeymoon. i told her hawaii. she asked the color of my swimsuit. i told her blue and white were in it. SO.........we painted my toenails alternating - blue...white...blue...white...blue. hehehehehehehe!
~i wrote a TON of thank you notes on our honeymoon. i mean - we were in the air for about 20 hours - what else was i going to do?
i might post more memories as i think of them, but for now, i want to work on mary peyton's school post!

You do have a great memory. Happy Anniversary (a little late). Hope your little one is enjoying school.
that was very similar to my wedding-a bunch of things went wrong right before it but it all worked out!
We also went to Hawaii :)
