the governor's cup

2 weeks ago we went with none other than mr cory to see ole miss play mississippi state for the annual governor's cup. for some reason i was thinking that this was the mayor's cup, but i guess when it moved from smith-wills to trustmark park, the name changed.

or maybe it didn't and i was always confused.

in any case, we went.

and we left in the middle of the 7th inning. keep in mind that this was the tuesday after tommy had knee surgery (he had surgery the previous friday). so crip was all on crutches and they even offered to let him sit in the handicap section. he politely declined.

i just thought these pictures were too cute not to post. of mary peyton at least. tommy and i look dead. and by this time, we were - from chasing her!

oh - and ask cory if mary peyton likes "forward rebels". she would go C~R~A~Z~Y when it would come on. and he would just laugh at her!
