thursday is my grandmama's 85th birthday. maybe daddy will take her over to his house and show her this post!
my grandmama is one of the sweetest people i've ever known. actually, i have been blessed growing up with 2 of the best grandmothers i could have ever hoped for. my grandmama is such an inspiration to me. she has endured heartaches in her lifetime that i cannot imagine having to live through and has remained a southern belle through every bit.
below is a picture that we took last september in the cotton. our 4 generations. in the Delta cotton. i am so proud of this picture.

Yeah, I was kinda more referring to the PEOPLE in the picture. Not necessarily the PLACE.
But, I'll let you have it today. Hooray for Dixieland...or the Delta. Whatever. :-)
